What Type Of Tv Stand Is Good For A Flat-screen Plasma Tv?
I have a set-back entertainment center in my family room. (It is approx 2.5′ further back then wall).

THE ONE THAT CAME WITH IT…..
There are no “after market” stands…..
Can’t put a blower in it like you can a car….
Now if you’re talking about a stand as in ENTERTAINMENT center that fits in your SETBACK…
Get one that fits in your setback…these TVs are not ABNORMALLY heavy…..
Any flat topped cabinet (tv stand or not) that is rated for at least the weight of the television will work. An actual tv stand (which they sell designed specifically for flat panel televisions), will benefit as they sometimes come w/ wire management in mind. It will also give you space to store audio video equipment as well, if you do not have room elsewhere for them.
